The groundfighting workshop held on 12 August 2007 was well attended by our students from different disciplines.  Moves were demonstrated first and once again students were taught how to apply the techniques for themselves.  Counters were shown for each application and taken on further, to establish a routine.  Many of the techniques were simple and easily tweaked for each student.  Everyone enjoyed the session and were keen to repeat it!
