Another successful workshop on ground fighting was run on Sunday 16 September by Chief Instructor, Bob Denny.  Different techniques from the earlier workshop were demonstrated and explained, counters shown plus the usual adaptations for size, build and strength. The students all came away with a little more knowledge and felt the instruction worthwhile.  Many thanks to all who attended.
