The workshop on Wing Chun applications held in Newquay on 24 July 2005 was a great success.  It was attended by Lau Gar and Wing Chun students together with students who benefit from cross-training and all agreed the applications were very useful.  The applications were taken from Sui Lim Tao, Chum Kiu and Bil Gee.

A good time was had by all.
