The workshop held on 26 February 2006 covered many aspects of knife and stick attacks and the counters to these by blocking, evasion, disarming and take downs.  Adaptions were also shown to adjust for size, weight, height and the techniques demonstrated were different from the usual Lau Gar knife defences. The workshop was well attended, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and agreed it was worthwhile.
