Seminar 26 June 2005 (Lau Gar)

NEWS ON OUR PREVIOUS SEMINAR:

A big thank you to all instructors and students who came along to the Lau Gar Applications Seminar on Sunday 26th June.  You all did very well and hopefully came away with a fresh insight into the Lau Gar sets.  We had a lot of fun too!

 ....

Dave Sale using one of the applications from Charp Choi (Lau Gar 3rd set) on Iain Whitelegge.

A variation of this technique is also part of the syllabus for San Shou.

Norman Squire feeling the pressure from Phil Dring in an application taken on from Kay Boon Sa Fa (1st Lau Gar set)

Rob Denny practising the application from Charp Choi, but this time striking with the 'phoenix eye' further up on Paul Philpott's leg.

Bob demonstrating a foot lock on Dave Sale.  This is an application taken the next stage on.  Dave is going to his favourite spot..on the floor again!!
