The seminar/workshop held on Sunday 25 September 2005 was well attended by students wishing to learn applications from both Lau Gar and Wing Chun taken on a step further to produce take downs.  This did not involve grappling or groundfighting as this is always the last resort.  It is our intention not to be taken to the ground in the first place, but to put the attacker there instead!  Everyone agreed that the techniques taught were surprisingly simple and worked with ease.  A big thank you to everyone who attended!
