Seminar 7 May 2006

Students from the White Dragon School of Kung Fu attended the workshop held on Sunday 7 May 2006 and were shown the applications from the techniques in two of the Lau Gar forms, Charp Choi and Far Kuin.  These are the intermediate sets in Lau Gar and the applications which appear complicated at first, are relatively simple to execute.  The students saw how the applications interchange with Wing Chun and Tai Chi, therefore being a useful tool across the styles.  Although a smaller group this time as expected (due to the night before!), everyone enjoyed themselves and came away with more knowledge!
