Come along and learn the applications from the Lau Gar Kung Fu sets. Have you ever wondered what some of the moves are for, and how they can be taken from one technique to another in combat? This workshop is designed to show you how. It is open to all our existing students in all areas and will prove beneficial to all styles, especially those who practise Wing Chun, as the two styles are so closely related. Students who have not yet reached the forms/sash level to be demonstrated need not worry, as the applications will prove a useful tool to aid your training. Tae Kwon Do students are also most welcome. Please wear loose clothing, light trainers or bare feet, and please bring refreshment if desired as there will be a break. The workshop will be fairly relaxed and aims to be fun!
